My mission is to facilitate the transformation of organizations into resilient, adaptable entities capable of regenerative impact. I promote personal and social responsibility as an essential component for individual and collective well-being.

I am dedicated to unleashing the potential of organizations, teams and people, through a holistic approach that enhances personal and professional resources and promotes valuable impact with innovation. I support conscious teamwork, guided by a higher purpose and oriented towards growth and continuous transformation.

In a time characterized by a profound disconnection from ourselves, from others and from nature – there is an urgent need to renew the way we feel, perceive, think and act. This need calls for a radical change in our interaction with the world, stimulating a more conscious, empathetic and integrated approach to life and its intricate systems. My vision is of a future where every organization can be a place of growth, desire to serve, discovery and alchemical transformation, actively contributing to the construction of a more sustainable and conscious society.

My founding values include empathy, integrity and a passion for continuous learning and evolution, both personal and collective.

My path

My name is Gabriella Delfino, through my work, I create spaces in which organizations can transform into vital, agile and resilient work environments, with a positive and regenerative impact on the world. I am a consultant and I support organizations in navigating change processes, enhancing resources and redefining internal processes together.

Specifically, I deal with project, process and service design as well as coaching, strategic consulting, facilitation and training. I love to blend creativity, strategy and passion to transform the reality of organizations in order to bring out their potential and generate new ecosystems and well-being with a high social, economic and relational impact.

My desire is to unleash the hidden potential within every organization or work team, supporting its evolution with a balanced mix of empathy, active listening and pragmatism. My personal passions, such as: dancing, observing and feeling nature, exploring the invisible, traveling, reading, nourishing relationships, practicing yoga and meditating are activities, habits and needs that I think stimulate growth, continuous personal research, becoming at the same time a source of inexhaustible inspiration, which is then reflected in my own professional practice.

I firmly believe in the power of nature and mindfulness practices to renew the spirit and inspire change. My holistic approach integrates diverse and personalized techniques, promoting collaboration, group engagement and a deep understanding of internal dynamics.

Systemic constellations and the conscious use of the body in space and meditative states are just a few examples of how I integrate different disciplines to enhance creativity and intuition: fundamental elements for the success of a team or the organizations I support. My goal is to make these processes both effective and fun, as well as original.
