My name is Gabriella Delfino. I am a consultant who supports organizations in navigating change processes, enhancing resources, and rethinking internal processes together. Specifically, I focus on co-design of projects, processes, and services; body-oriented coaching; personalized consulting; facilitation; and training. I love blending creativity, strategy, and passion to transform organizational realities, aiming to unlock their potential and generate new ecosystems and well-being with high social, economic, and relational impact.

Design Thinking and Service Design

Theory of Change

A design technique that helps organizations build projects by defining and visualizing the steps needed to achieve specific goals. This approach maps the causal relationships between actions taken and expected outcomes, facilitating clear and measurable strategic planning.

Systemic Facilitation

This approach allows me to guide organizations through the complexity of their internal dynamics. Through systemic facilitation, I support groups in identifying and addressing structural and functional issues, improving communication and organizational effectiveness.

Processwork

A methodology focused on analyzing and managing subtle dynamics and patterns within groups. It uses conflicts and disturbances as opportunities for growth, facilitating the resolution of tensions and promoting greater organizational cohesion.

Coaching and Embodiment Coaching

I integrate these approaches to strengthen both personal and collective leadership by recognizing and consciously using bodily and mental resources, promoting greater self-awareness and understanding of group dynamics.
